Our policy, products must be inspected upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after the driver leaves your address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sales Items (if applicable)
Only items with regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call +258 84 123 456 8 and return your item to the delivery staff.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
